We’re sure you’ll fall in love with our high quality products! But if for any reason that didn't happen, we have a 30 day return policy. Return your items in original condition within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund. Partial refunds are given if the item is not in its original condition/damaged. We do not accept returns or give refunds for damaged items after 30 days. If your item arrived damaged, contact us immediately.
In order to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour period will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Applicable Refunds
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product please start a return on My Account page or contact us by email at orders@tzunibazaar.com and we will send you the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
